Meet Our Counselors

Rosemary Snodgrass, Ed.D., LPC — Dr. Snodgrass serves as the director of the Alpha Center. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor and holds an Ed.D. in Counselor Education for the University of Alabama. Experienced in working with children and adolescents as well as with adults, Dr. Snodgrass has been in school counseling for 30 years and in private practice since 1996.

Bill Bagents, M.Ed. — Mr. Bagents has a Master’s degree in Counseling from Auburn University and a D.Min from Southern Christian University. He has counseled clients for 25 years in his work as a minister and has a special interest in grief/loss and in relationship issues. He is a faculty member, Vice President of Academic Affairs and Dean of Heritage Christian University. He is also co-author of the book, Easing Life’s Hurts.

Monica Ross, ALC, M.A., NCC  — (under the clinical supervision of Debbie Gibson, LPC).  Mrs. Ross is an Associate Licensed Counselor, a National Certified Counselor and holds a Master’s degree in counseling from the University of North Alabama.  She focuses on adolescent and adult  issues including abuse, anxiety, depression and relationship difficulties.  Monica also works extensively with those who have substance use issues and with their families.

Cayron Mann, ALC, M.A., NCC – (under the clinical supervision of Kay Parker, LPC).   Ms. Mann holds a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling from the University of North Alabama. She is an Associate Licensed Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. Helping those with bereavement, anxiety, and depression is a primary focus. Ms. Mann is also trained in the use of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for the treatment of unresolved trauma issues.
